CIT Program
COUNSELOR-IN-TRAINING PROGRAM
CITs will work and train under the current counselors in charge. Participants will learn first aid, CPR, group and time management, and a variety of program skills through first-hand experience with campers of different ages. CITs will also learn how to create their own resume and participate in a mock job interview experience.
For boys and girls entering Grades 9 and 10
Session I: July 8–19, 2024
Session II: July 22–August 2, 2024
Hours: 8:30 a.m.–4:15 p.m.
Cost: $700 per 2-week session
Cit field experience
The CIT Field Experience is an additional week or two following Session I of the CIT Training course. During these weeks CITs can choose which camp they would like to continue to work with additional time in the field. No additional training will occur during the Field Experience.
For boys and girls who have already completed “Session I” of CIT Training and are entering Grades 9 or 10

Session III: August 5–9, 2024
Hours: 8:30 a.m.–4:15 p.m.
Cost: $145 per week
